June 2025:

We are scared to death of throwing caution to the wind. We tremble at the mere thought of doing anything unscripted or unauthorized. We ignore the dynamic perplexity that humans are made of, switch to auto pilot whenever possible, and unintentionally bake bodies of tumult. It’s due time to bring on more ado about something!

What’s up 2025?

Being an environmental leader is more complicated than tossing a salad or flinging toppings onto a pizza. Yet at last count, a shocking 32% of environmental and conservation organizations are content with their current conventional approach to program implementation—a ‘burger and fries’ approach that is not only mass-produced but delivers your sub-standard automated response. For the other 68%, there is still hope, but I hope it’s more than putting cheese on that burger!

Is it possible that some of your networking efforts have inadvertently produced not simply links, but chains of refrain or areas of off-limits? Many of us (including me) are guilty of spouting out leadership messages that are less than sensational. Recipients are unable to get a sense for what we’re trying to preach. I think we need to put things into a more relatable context.
